For tours to Ghana, most trips begin in Accra, and you’ll fly into Kotoka International Airport (ACC), where our representative will meet you for a warm welcome. For tours in other countries or destinations, we will provide the specific arrival airport details once your itinerary is confirmed.
Yes, airport pick-up and drop-off are included in most of our tour packages. Just share your arrival details in advance, and we’ll handle the rest.
Not at all. Travelers can arrive on different flights, and we’ll coordinate individual or group airport transfers accordingly.
Every Elidel package includes comfortable accommodation, daily meals as outlined, guided tours, entrance fees, ground transportation, and professional local guides. Specific inclusions vary by package and will be clearly listed in your itinerary.
Your tour price does not cover international airfare, visa fees, personal expenses, insurance, or meals not specified in the itinerary. Optional evening activities or personal shopping are also not included.
Ghana uses the Ghanaian Cedi (GHS). You can exchange US Dollars or Euros easily at banks or forex bureaus, or withdraw cash at ATMs. Your guide can help with safe exchange options.
Our tours are priced based on group size. If your group becomes smaller than the stated minimum, the cost per person may increase slightly to cover fixed expenses. Increase in cost will be communicated ahead.
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Refunds depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made — cancellations 70 days or more before departure receive a refund minus a $500 administrative fee, while cancellations made within 29 days or less are non-refundable.
